The personal information we keep is the name and email address of those who have bought season tickets and those who have expressed an interest in receiving information from us about future events.  We also keep postal addresses of those who have given us their postal address and do not wish to be contacted by email.

You do not have to provide any personal information in order to browse our website.

How the information is used

We use the information we hold only to inform you of our regular events and any events that we may hold with another third party organisation.

However we never share your information with any third party.

How the information is kept safe

The information is kept securely and we regularly update and review our systems to ensure they are secure.

Requesting a copy of your personal information

We will aim to respond within seven working days and provide the information within 28 days.

If the information is incorrect, you have the right to ask us to correct the information.

We will ask you regularly to agree to continue to hold your personal information.
